1. Regarding purchasing:
- Negotiate sales contracts with suppliers.
- Create purchase orders (PO) and send them to suppliers
- Prepare international payment documents for suppliers.
2. Regarding import and export:
- Select freight forwarders (FWD) and compare schedules and rates.
- Verify documents provided by suppliers and FWD for import and export purposes.
- Monitor the process of picking up goods, loading goods onto ships or planes and delivering to ports or airports.
- Provide necessary documents for the customs declaration department and check customs declarations.
3. Regarding inventory management:
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Forecast inventory levels to maintain adequate supply of goods..
- Prepare and store reports on inventory levels.
4. Regarding sales management:
- Monitor the delivery of goods and resolve any issues arising during distribution.
- Handle orders and effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Propose advertising and promotional campaigns to increase sales.
