Sustainability Coordinator

Csupport environmental programs that help an organization or a company achieve sustainability goals
The job will be 50% Merchandise Assistant to one of our current Merchandisers in developing and sourcing outdoor products.
Establish, implement, and coordinate programs related to the company's sustainable development
- Disseminate knowledge to help employees understand and aware the importance of sustainability, encourage employees to participate in relevant activities
- Monitoring compliance with regulations, sustainable development plans of departments in the company
- Representing the company in working with local authorities for activities related to the company's sustainability plan
- Focus on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting
- Communicating company's sustainability strategy / progress to partners, investors
- Other jobs according to the reasonable arrangement of the Head of Department
Job Requirement- Experience in sustainable development / CSR / ESG
- Fluent English (to work with foreign investors)
- Good communication skill
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives;
- Collaborate with HQ office in Denmark and suppliers for sustainability plan
- Update Product sustainability Data and Supplier sustainability data sheets;
- Build constructive relationships with suppliers;
- Support Merchandise team and other colleagues if needed.
