SysOps Engineer Cloud, C#

As a SysOps Engineer in this promising project, you will be responsible for the smooth run of our critical and complex Cloud Environments. This will include:

• Monitor our Client's cloud global production environments by joining the on-call rotation for the 24/7 run
• Proactively manage and prioritize critical alerts and issues to fasten resolution, apply emergency/disaster recovery procedures to ensure continuity of service
• Analyze alerts, metrics to watch for trends suggesting impending problems to help proactively prevent incidents
• Monitor and analyze system logs, Root Cause analysis, site reliability and performance
• Manage deployments of major software releases, applications of patches and hotfixes
• Support new customer on-boarding, customer change or support requests if any
• Suggest new processes and systems' improvements to enhance our operations if any

• At least 2+ years experience in the production team of a SaaS company
• Experienceworking with Microsoft Azure (for example: Azure-301 certification or higher)
• Knowledge of C# programming language
• Expertise with infrastructure configuration management and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Pulumi, etc.
• Expertise in delivering secure, scalable SaaS solutions
• Awareness and understanding of best practices required to maintain security standards and certifications
• Big plus: Previous experience working with Jira, Confluence and Git-Hub and MS windows server
