System Engineer (Maintenance Support)

Requirements Skills:
 Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant major.
 2 -5 years of experience in software maintenance support work.
 Basic skills and experience of hardware, Network, Linux OS, and middleware
 Have experience of 1-3 software maintenance support projects
 English skill is a must: equivalent TOIEC 600 points for being able to communicate with customers
 Japanese skill is optional
 Other certificates (Microsoft, CISCO, Linux), IT managed service skills are plus points
