Job description:
- Create, maintain and monitor the product's information in the system (BOM&Route, Drawing, Technical document...)
- Brush up the procedure and working flow for engineering, standardize for engineering job.
- Manage technical document, build up and control, numbering documment system for engineering documents such as Drawing, Working instruction, Technical report...
- Support engineer to issue manufacturing document follow as Engineer guide.
- Organize technical meeting, preparing meeting material and meeting facilitation.
- Chinese translator to support engineer for the meeting with other site in Chinese.
- Translate technical document from Chinese to Vietnamese to support engineer to understand the content.
