Mô tả công việc
• Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business with MV & HV solutions such as Transformers and Switchgears etc. Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive growth and market share. Key segments include Industrial, Renewables, Utilities, Power, Data Center.
• Team Management: Mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive forces to identify opportunities and threats while actively gathering market and key competitor's information. Utilize market research and data analytics to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, owners and investor & for EVN and its PC. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
• Financial Accountability: Manage the sales budget, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to ensure the achievement of financial objectives.

Yêu cầu
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Above 10 years working experience in electrical components, T&D Projects
• Strong relationship and contact with EPC companies, Partner, Owner, Developer, M&E consultants and Contractors& EVN
• Experience and network with Industrial, renewable & utility power companies is required. Data Center expereience would also be highly advantegous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced English Proficiency
• Team work and management skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects
