Work you'll do The Assistant Manager within Deloitte's Legal team is responsible for providing regulatory, licensing and related market entry advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients.
Handle matters related to business establishment licenses, including applications for new licenses, revisions, extensions, and related procedures.
Assist Managers with legal research and provide advice on the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Business Law, Labor Code, and other relevant regulations.
Monitor and highlight changes in regulations on a weekly basis.
Conduct research and prepare reports on various legal matters as requested by Managers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Business).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing or market entry services. Experience at a law firm is preferred.
Solid knowledge of the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, and the Labor Code.
Knowledge or experience in taxation or tax advisory is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Professional, well-organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a thorough and systematic approach to tasks and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work is essential.
