Mô tả công việc
1.Recruitment:
Oversee and monitor the implementation of the recruitment process for the team;
Update progress and assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;
Continuously enhance recruitment activities to align with current market trends;
Develop a recruitment management system.
2. Employer Branding:
Formulate, develop, and execute an Employer Branding (EB) plan;
Increase EB visibility across digital platforms;
Organize internal engagement initiatives;
Manage and curate content on recruitment platforms;
Coordinate EB Awards and communications internally and externally;
Establish and execute internship policies and young talent programs.
3.Compliance and Labor Relations:
Review and enhance the Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility, Company Labor Rules and Regulations, and Collective Labor Agreement to ensure compliance with the law;
Facilitate regular dialogues and Employee Conferences in collaboration with the Labor Union, along with Long Service Rewards programs;
Monitor workplace nutrition improvement initiatives and other employee well-being policies;
Conduct labor disciplinary actions as necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field and role;
Possessing fundamental knowledge of Labor Law;
Proficient in recruitment, negotiation, planning, execution, problem identification and resolution, and resource management;
Demonstrating high levels of responsibility, meticulousness, honesty, and diligence.
Excellent in English
