Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support Vinova's technology recruitment activities in Singapore.
This role focuses on sourcing and managing qualified technology professionals, including
Software Engineers,
Business Analysts, Project Managers, DevSecOps Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
The successful candidate should possess strong technical recruitment capabilities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict submission deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing and Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submission, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, referrals, professional communities, and external recruitment partners.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Singapore-based and internationally available technology professionals.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical experience, communication skills, availability, salary expectations, and suitability for client projects.
Evaluate candidates against role requirements, seniority levels, mandatory skills, and project conditions.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Coordination
Review recruitment requests, job descriptions, project requirements, and candidate submission deadlines.
Identify suitable candidates across software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, data, quality engineering, project management, business analysis, and design.
Prepare accurate candidate submissions, including CVs, skills matrices, certifications, availability, employment status, and relevant supporting information.
Coordinate technical assessments, online tests, interviews, practical exercises, and client meetings.
Ensure candidates understand the interview format, project scope, contract duration, work arrangements, and job requirements.
Track submission, assessment, interview, offer, and onboarding status across multiple projects.
Ensure candidate information and documentation are complete, accurate, and properly managed.
Stakeholder and Pipeline Management
Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Hiring Managers, HR, Finance, and external recruitment partners.
Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines, sourcing challenges, market availability, and recruitment progress.
Follow up with clients and candidates to secure interview availability and facilitate timely recruitment decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's ATS or CRM.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key metrics such as sourcing volume, submission rate, shortlist rate, interview conversion, and successful onboarding.
Develop talent pools for frequently requested technology roles to support fast and high-quality candidate submissions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least
2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
, preferably in technology recruitment.
Proven experience recruiting technical positions such as Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer,
Backend Developer, DevSecOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
Good understanding of software development roles, technology stacks, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and engineering seniority levels.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, professional networks, and Boolean search.
Ability to understand detailed job requirements and accurately match candidates based on mandatory and preferred criteria.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and urgent deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable working with structured submission processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for Singapore-based clients or regional technology projects.
Familiarity with Singapore's technology talent market and employment conditions.
Experience working with recruitment agencies, vendors, or regional talent partners.
Knowledge of Singapore work passes, candidate deployment requirements, and background-screening processes.
Experience using recruitment data and funnel metrics to improve sourcing and conversion rates.
An existing network of technology professionals in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
