Build and maintain relationships with Taiwanese community and Taiwanese/Chinese businesses in Binh Duong.
Execute business plans in line with the KPI targets of the following departments: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality (Serviced Apartments), Other business activities as assigned.
Perform other duties and projects as requested by the Board of Directors (BODs).
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Taiwanese nationality preferred, or candidates of Chinese descent (e.g., Singaporean Chinese, Malaysian Chinese, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales,
business development, sales & marketing, or marketing strategy.
Language requirements: Native-level Mandarin Chinese (Taiwanese Mandarin preferred).
Fluent spoken and written English.
Japanese language skills are an advantage.
