We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Collaborator to join our TA team on a 3-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This position is ideal for recruitment professionals with 2-3 years of experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities.
Full-cycle Recruitment Management
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, and candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing & Talent Pool Development
Proactively source, engage, and build sustainable talent pipelines through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent communities.
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
Maintain accurate recruitment data, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track hiring progress, and ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and well-organized.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer visibility, enhance candidate engagement, and expand proactive talent acquisition channels.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to develop talent pipelines and maintain a professional personal brand.
Demonstrated systems thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, and recruitment platforms; English communication skills are a plus.
