1. Talent Acquisition (TA)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions: receiving hiring requests, posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating technical interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
Proactively build and leverage diverse candidate sources through job sites, social media, referrals, headhunting, and other suitable channels.
Monitor and ensure recruitment progress, meeting KPIs on time-to-fill, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and departments to ensure candidates fit both job requirements and company culture.
2. Candidate Data Management
Build, update, and manage a candidate database by position group to support current and long-term hiring needs.
Track, categorize, and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates; ensure recruitment data is stored accurately and completely.
Manage the recruitment data system, report on recruitment status, and help optimize candidate sourcing for key positions.
3. Employer Branding (EB)
Collaborate on Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen the company's recruitment brand and attract talent.
Support the creation and distribution of recruitment content across channels such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, the careers website, and other relevant platforms.
Participate in recruitment programs, job fairs, campus recruitment, or candidate engagement activities as planned.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement
Track, consolidate, and report weekly/monthly recruitment metrics such as headcount hired, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and overall recruitment performance.
Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and related activities.
Proactively propose initiatives and solutions to improve recruitment quality, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of recruitment experience; preference for experience in blue-collar, manufacturing, mass hiring, and back-office (BO) roles.
Good understanding of the labor market and appropriate recruitment channels for different position groups.
Knowledge of the jewelry, manufacturing, or retail industry is a plus.
2. Professional Skills
Proven ability to execute high-volume and end-to-end recruitment.
Strong sourcing, speed interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to build, connect, and develop diverse candidate pipelines.
Proficiency in office software and recruitment management tools is a plus.
3. Personal Competencies
