We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern to support our hiring and talent attraction activities - someone who is organized, careful, proactive, and excited to help turn talent plans into real execution.
Your mission
You help us go from:
"We should attract better talent" → "We have the right candidates in the pipeline, the process is moving, and our employer brand feels real."
You will support both the recruitment process and employer branding execution - from posting jobs and tracking candidates to helping us show what kind of place F.Learning really is.
What your days will look like
1) You help recruitment move forward
Post and update job openings on the right channels.
Support CV screening based on clear criteria.
Keep candidate data, trackers, and hiring documents updated and organized.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communication.
Help make sure no candidate gets lost because someone forgot to update a sheet.
2) You support employer branding in real life
Help prepare recruitment posts, hiring content, and simple internal materials.
Collect and organize photos, stories, team moments, and other useful inputs for talent attraction content.
Format and prepare content for recruitment platforms and social channels.
Support the team in showing our culture in a way that feels honest, clear, and not cringe.
3) You keep the system clean and usable
Maintain folders, templates, trackers, and talent pool records.
Follow checklists, SOPs, and simple workflows so tasks are done correctly and on time.
Spot missing information, messy records, or stuck tasks early.
Support simple reports so the team can see what is moving, what is delayed, and what needs fixing.

Communicate clearly and politely.

Are curious about people, culture, hiring, and how teams grow.
Your background helps if you have
A Bachelor's degree or are in your final year in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, or similar tools.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
A responsible working style and good follow-through.
Interest in recruitment, employer branding, talent development, or workplace culture.
Bonus points if you
Have supported content posting, hiring coordination, or candidate tracking before.
Are curious about using AI tools to work faster and more clearly.
