Vinova is looking for motivated and fast-learning interns to join our Talent Acquisition team, gaining hands-on experience in technology recruitment and supporting talent acquisition across Vietnam and the APAC region.
1. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Source and engage tech talent through LinkedIn, job platforms and digital sourcing tools.
Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data using ATS and AI-powered tools.
2. WHAT YOU BRING:
A 3rd- or 4th-year university student or recent graduate.
Good English communication skills.
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Availability for a full-time, onsite internship from Monday to Friday.
3. WHY VINOVA:
Monthly internship allowance of VND 3,000,000.
