Bạn sẽ làm những gì khi tham gia?

Participate with the team/HM's meetings to understand the job requirements and design the variety of advertising materials for all hiring levels, posting internship/ fresh graduate jobs on Ybox, respective Facebook pages/ college forums.
Step in the selection and hiring process to ensure the end to end hiring process is in line with Intel's standards.
Support to build plans and execution of recruitment awareness campaigns including events, social media contents, collaterals productions, data management.
Involve in campus/ hiring activities such as career day, job fair, factory tours, hiring events, networking events to build Intel's employer branding and marketing strategies.

Student in 3rd or 4th year at Vietnam universities or college with strong passion Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing activities
Strong communication in English
Savvy digital design through online social media, multimedia application software (Illustrator, Photoshop, flash, video making and editing, etc.) is a plus
Internship experiences or past extra curriculum activities in content creation, event organization, employer branding, social media campaigns would be a plus
Influencing networking with appealing story-telling and written content
Responsible and can-do attitude
