Working hours: Monday - Friday | 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Participate in
Participate in Recruitment process
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
Participate in the interview process with candidates.
Post job openings on social media platforms and job portals.
2. Develop Recruitment Content and Employer Branding
Plan and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Produce communication materials such as posts, visuals, and short videos.
Support the team in organizing recruitment events (job fairs, workshops, etc.).
3. Support in Organizing and Communicating Internal Events
Assist in brainstorming ideas and organizing internal activities and events.
Support internal communications related to company culture and employee engagement.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Final-year students majoring in relevant fields.
Passionate about connecting people, inspiring others, and building a positive, energetic working environment.
Confident in public speaking and communicating in front of a crowd.
Able to think creatively and produce engaging content consistently.
Can be design and video editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc., is a plus.
