Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and fast-learning
Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will work closely with the TA team and Hiring Manager to support technical hiring initiatives for both the Vietnam market and cross-border client accounts across the APAC region.
This internship is designed to give you end-to-end exposure to technical recruitment, hands-on training with cutting-edge AI sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems, and a structured pathway to transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Assist in talent mapping and sourcing qualified technology professionals across Vietnam and regional APAC markets.
Utilize multi-channel sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, tech communities, job portals, and talent referral networks.
Leverage modern AI tools and automated sourcing platforms to identify relevant talent and optimize candidate outreach.
2. Screening & Interview Coordination
Review incoming applications and crossmatch candidate CVs against project requirements and mandatory criteria.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical background, availability, English proficiency and salary expectations.
Coordinate and schedule technical assessments, online tests and interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers/Clients.
Prepare candidate submission packages, including formatted CVs, technical summary matrices, and key profile highlights.
3. Pipeline Operations & ATS Management
Maintain clean, structured candidate records and pipeline stages in Vinova's ATS.
Follow up closely with active candidates throughout the hiring funnel to ensure a transparent, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
Support the recruitment team with pipeline tracking, candidate database enrichment, and periodic recruitment activity reports.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate available to commit to a Full-time onsite internship (Monday - Friday) at our office.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (comfortable conducting basic candidate assessments and professional email correspondence).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Information Technology, or related fields.
Highly energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient; possess a growth mindset and strong curiosity about the technology landscape.
Fast learner with an interest in understanding
software engineering stacks, cloud architectures, and modern digital roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with AI productivity tools is an advantage.
