BlueOC Tech is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Team Lead to drive our hiring strategy and build a high-performing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in headhunting, experienced in IT outsourcing environments, and passionate about attracting top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Headhunting
Proactively source, approach, and engage high-quality candidates, especially for mid-to-senior and hard-to-fill IT roles
Leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, personal networks, referrals, and tech communities
Take ownership of critical and niche positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the TA team (2-5 members depending on business needs)
Allocate workload, monitor performance, and ensure recruitment KPIs are met
Enhance team capabilities in sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Hiring Managers (Engineering, Product, etc.) to understand hiring needs
Provide market insights and advise on effective hiring strategies
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Process Optimization
Build, standardize, and continuously improve recruitment processes
Track and optimize key metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for long-term hiring needs
Employer Branding (Plus)
Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen employer branding across channels (LinkedIn, events, communities, etc.)
Yêu cầu
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment within outsourcing companies serving English-speaking markets (US/UK/Canada), including at least 2 years in a Senior TA or Lead TA role
Strong headhunting capability, with a proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill and niche tech positions
Excellent communication skills; strong English proficiency is highly preferred, especially when working with candidates and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, as well as collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
