Plan and execute recruitment activities to attract candidates for mass hiring.
Organize recruitment events and engagement activities both inside and outside the factory.
Create recruitment content, write posts, and design promotional materials.
Manage and develop the company's recruitment social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Plan content calendars and engage with candidates through social media platforms.
Research trends, create ideas, film, edit, and publish recruitment videos.
Support employer branding activities to promote the company's culture and working environment.
Participate in job fairs, school partnerships, and community recruitment events.
Track campaign performance and propose new ideas to attract more candidates.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- English-Spoken and Written skills
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about social media.
- Strong interest in content creation, marketing, and recruitment.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, TikTok, or similar tools are a plus.
