Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, especially within the Physical Design roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Actively source and engage candidates through professional networks, social media, and industry channels.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding for successful candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Represent BOS at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen employer brand visibility.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in recruitment experience in semiconductor or IC design industry is a plus point
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality results under tight timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams and culture.
