WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Recruitment & Internal Communication (40%)
Work directly with department managers to recruit positions in Hanoi and the Northern region based on business needs.
Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial interviews, interview scheduling, and offer/onboarding procedures.
Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports.
Coordinate the development and implementation of Employer Branding (EB) and Internal Communication (IC) activities in Hanoi.
Employee Experience & Culture (40%)
Maintain and update employee records and HR data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct onboarding for new employees, including introducing company policies, HR regulations, attendance procedures, and other relevant processes.
Proactively monitor employee engagement, workplace concerns, and employee needs throughout their employment journey.
Promote company culture and foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment.
Office Operation (20%)
Handle office administrative expenses, including payment processing, office supplies, and necessary equipment purchases.
Monitor and manage office assets and equipment, and coordinate regular maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong experience in mass recruitment, particularly for Sales positions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
A strong "Can-do" mindset: willing to experiment, proactively seek solutions, and take decisive action.
