We are looking for an experienced
Recruiter
to join our team in Hanoi and support a key client in the banking industry. This is an onsite contract position suited to a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and managing recruitment activities from sourcing through offer.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the client and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates against role requirements, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records and activity updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market insights to the client and internal team.
Support multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting agreed recruitment timelines.
Ensure recruitment activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Represent our team and the client professionally throughout the candidate journey.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
Experience recruiting for
banking, financial services, technology, or other corporate environments
is preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working onsite in Hanoi.
Professional working proficiency in
English and Vietnamese
