Talent Acquisition Supervisor Mandarin Speaking

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin and has strong experience in recruitment and training within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring activities, supporting employer branding initiatives, and coaching/training TA team members to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Candidates with prior team leadership experience (2-5 members) will have an advantage.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing/factory environment
• Experience in training/coaching recruiters or internal teams
• Prior experience leading a small team (2-5 members) is a plus
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
