JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business objectives; take ownership of recruitment KPIs/OKRs, hiring targets, time-to-fill and recruitment quality.
· Lead and manage a recruitment team of 3-5 members, including workload allocation, target setting, performance monitoring, coaching and professional development.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, managerial, senior-level and hard-to-fill positions, while directly handling critical vacancies and key hires.
· Partner closely with Hiring Managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
· Conduct proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Boolean Search, recruitment platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, recruitment events and other relevant channels.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and professional network, particularly for Industrial Sales, B2B Sales,
Sales Engineer, Technical/Service,
Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Back Office, specialist and managerial positions.
· Conduct candidate screening and interviews; assess candidates based on competencies, technical requirements, career motivation, cultural fit and overall suitability for the role.
· Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, including communication, offer negotiation and closing, especially for senior and hard-to-fill positions.
· Monitor labor market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring activities; provide recruitment market insights and recommendations to HR Management and
business leaders.
· Analyze recruitment performance and channel effectiveness; propose recruitment tools, sourcing channels, recruitment budgets and optimization plans to improve hiring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Contribute to Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing activities; collaborate with Marketing/Communications teams to strengthen the company's employer image and attract high-quality talent.
· Develop recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies and best practices; provide training and coaching to enhance the recruitment capabilities and performance of the TA team.
· Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress, recruitment KPIs, talent pipeline and key recruitment issues to HR Management.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Team Leader, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, technology, B2B or technical environments.
· Experience in leading, supervising or mentoring a recruitment team is highly preferred.
· Strong hands-on experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing, with a proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find talent.
· Proven recruitment experience in Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Sales Engineer, Technical/Service, Business Development, Supply Chain, Back Office, specialist and managerial positions.
· Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate assessment and talent market trends.
· Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean Search, job boards, social media, networking, referrals and other recruitment tools.
· Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
· Intermediate English or above, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with English-speaking candidates.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
· Proactive, result-oriented and independent, with strong ownership of recruitment targets and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Mapping or Recruitment Training/L&D is an advantage.
