We are looking for a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition to lead sourcing and headhunting activities. This role focuses on building strong pipelines of high-quality candidates, proactively approaching talents in the market, and ensuring we hire the right people for key positions.

- Drive end-to-end sourcing/hiring strategies
- Proactively hunt and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, events, and referrals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Plan employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with proven strength in sourcing/headhunting, preferably in manufacturing or factory
- Strong networking skills and ability to approach passive candidates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English
