REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 6 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading or building teams. Strong professional network across Vietnam and APAC markets, with the ability to tap into diverse talent pools and local insights.
Strong sales and target-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Passion for building teams and systems from the ground up.
Highly agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven success in multi-market/global hiring.
Comfortable with data, metrics, and performance dashboards.
Fluency in English
