Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for various technical roles within the organization.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent, utilizing both traditional and creative channels.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities, and to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Mentor and guide recruitment team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess candidate suitability and make data-driven decisions.
Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
