Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose:
This role will work closely with key stakeholders in implementing Talent and Organization Development initiatives in alignment with HR objectives, talent and performance management policy.
Key Accountabilities:
Performance Management:
Collaborate with functions for annual performance management (setting performance measures, performance review, appraisal)
Analyze performance results and assist in performance calibration process
Propose improvement in company's performance management process and procedures.
Talent Management:
Implement effective talent reviews/identification, and succession planning in line with company's process and policy.
Employee Engagement survey:
Support in running and communicating Employee Engagement survey, conduct analysis and propose action plan
Work with other functions to monitor the implementation of action plans
Organizational Development:
Conduct workforce analysis and benchmarking to assist Head of OD & TM to propose manpower planning level and solutions to close manpower gap
Develop and support functions to review and develop JDs
Develop role profiles for non-management roles.
Analytics and reporting:
Responsible for submitting monthly reports as and when required by Corporate
Conduct workforce analysis and benchmarking to propose manpower planning level and solutions to close manpower gap
Produce HR analytical report when requested.
Performance Indicator:
Compliance of HR planning within division
Successful implementation of HR initiatives in the division
Timeliness of reports
% completion of EES action plans

Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/ post graduate degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in HR with supervisor role
Experience in implementing performance and talent management cycle, capturing metrics and producing various HR reports.
Work related skills:
Facilitation skills to implement performance and talent management processes
Labor law and compliance .
Soft skills:
Fluent in written and oral English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work effectively with mid-evel managers in the organization
Good problem solving and analysis skills
People driven
Independent player
Teamwork oriented
