Mô tả công việc
1. Tax declaration & Payment
- Preparing tax reports, timely submission & make tax payment in accordance with tax regulations, including CIT, PIT, FCT, VAT, refund VAT for investment projects.
- Support in tax finalization at end year (CIT, PIT)
- Be in charge of monthly tax accounting transactions
- Be in charge of month-end closing related to tax: tax accounts reconciliation, vat invoice review, vat net off,...
2. Tax compliance
- Daily FCT calculation checking to ensure compliance with tax regulation
- E-invoice management: review & improve adjustment/replacement, advice on e-invoice matters
3. Work with tax authority/external firm
- Liaise with tax authorities on tax filings, other tax-related matters
- Contact external firm to get advice on tax concerns
- Other jobs assigned
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation within manufacturing companies or accounting/auditing service firms.
Knowledge
Understanding of current tax regulations; solid knowledge of accounting principles.
Preferred: Accounting and tax knowledge within the FMCG industry.
Technical Skills
Proactive in handling tasks; ability to work under high pressure; strong communication with internal departments and external partners; good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred: Tax Agent certificate is a plus.
Personal Characteristics
Honest, optimistic, and eager to learn; proactive with a high sense of patience and accountability.
