Mô tả công việc

1. Tax accounting

Preparing monthly declaration for output VAT, SCT from sales data provided from Sales Control team of ACS;
Preparing monthly declaration for input VAT from data provided from Treasury section and ACS.
Preparing Quarterly report for sales invoiced use based on reports from Sections using sales invoice.
Comparing sales in accounting books and tax declaration for any adjustment on tax declaration.
Comparing the expenses incurred with tax regulation for any adjustment on tax declaration.
Preparing declaration for withholding taxes in accordance with the regulations when it incurs.
Preparing monthly reports to Statistic, DPI and/or others of Binh Duong based on Financial Statements of General Accounting and information from concerned Section.
Follow up the situation of tax paid and reconcile tax debt with Binh Duong Tax Department.

2. Tax regulation update

Monitoring & updating the changes in the policies/regulations on VAT, CIT, SCT, Withholding tax and other tax regulation.
Controlling the compliance with tax laws and regulations of the Division/Departments/Sections within the Company.
Setting up and improving the Company's policy and regulation on tax aspects of its businesses.

3. Budget control

Follow the realization of selling expenses budget to find out the cause of the variance in compare with the budget.
Ensure the estimation and accrual of selling budget in reality goes in line with its scheme.
Cooperate with Sales and Marketing Department to to make sure that selling expenses under control.
Ensure the estimation and accrual of administrative budget in reality goes in line with its scheme.
Follow the realization of GA expenses budget to find out the cause of the variance in compare with the budget.
Cooperate with related Department/Section to make sure that the administrative expenses under control.
Follow the investment expenditure in reality to find out the cause of the variance.
Analyze the variance between actual expenses vs BP to identify the cause of the variance.
Analyze the actual business result with the BP to know the efficiency & effectiveness of the actual result.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Graduated University from related major
Knowledge: Vietnamese accounting standard/regulations and tax regulations
Skills required:
Computer comprehensive
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
Experience: at least 05 years (in working with accounting software if any)
Other (if any): Honest, Careful & Good Working Attitude
