Tax Supervisor

Our client is from US and looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor who can manage and be responsible for taxes related to the Company's activities.

Description
This role will include but not limited to :
Management of CIT incentives and Tax Activities:
* Preparation of key tax information and supporting documentation for CIT incentives project.
* Management of the effective income tax.
* Coordination of year end audit activities
* Responsible of inspection for taxes by VN government
* Identification of Tax reduction opportunities
* Preparation of property tax statements monthly, quarterly, annually - manage monthly property tax entries in G/L
* Support, advise and monitor documents, records and activities to optimize tax incentives and minimize tax-related risks
Profile
* Excellent in both spoken and written English.
* Bachelor's certification in related fields: Accounting or Finance, Tax agent license will be given priority.
* More than 03 years Accountant/ Taxes working experience and 02 years above team management experience
* Priority is given to candidates who have been working in tax service and tax consulting companies
* Worked with Tax agencies about all kind of taxes inspection for VAT refund, CIT finalized, FCT, License tax, Customs,..
* In-depth understanding of taxes in Vietnam such as:
1 Corporate income tax for foreign investment projects enjoys incentives
2 Deductible VAT, VAT in the investment phase, VAT refund for all types of activities.(export production and new project investment)
3 Other taxes such as: Contractor tax, import tax, VAT on imported goods, license tax, transfer tax, other taxes
