PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The TC Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clients with Transaction Certificate (TC) applications, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate data management to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist clients to understand the requirements of standards (GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, RDS, OBP, etc.) about TC by training and supporting clients on TC applications, pricing structures, system usage, and service details (Knowledge about TC system will be further trained during the working process)
Handle contract and annex preparation based on client requests, input data to CEDA (payment tracking app), process invoices and monitor client payments to ensure timely collection
Monitor workflows of each project: managing data updates, tracking team progress, assign/reassign tasks as needed to optimize workflow
Prepare daily/ weekly, and ad-hoc reports for management
Organize and oversee departmental webinars
Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager Textile.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Garment/ Fabric Mill, or Planning roles
Experience in training or organizing webinars is a plus
Strong Excel skills and ability to handle data analysis and reporting efficiently
Proficient English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); confident in communicating with international clients
Excellent communication, organization, and task management skills
Multitasking & time management skill - ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong office administration skills and professional email writing abilities
