TC Lead

• Proactively manage projects and support our Business Senior Management/ Director(s)who manage project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement and integration to achieve client and project objectives;
• Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
• Manage projects and support our Business Senior Management/ Director(s) who lead and manage project stakeholders including, but not limited to, the client, statutory authorities, consultants, contractors and end-users;
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced through structured and informative reports, document control systems and procedures, meeting minutes and the like;
• Ensure that all reasonable efforts are made in the management and delivery of projects to ensure that projects and tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner;
• Be familiar with and utilise PureProjects' systems and processes and play a key role in educating new team members to follow the same;
• Contribute to the provision of quality services in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the company's reputation in the shopping centre and construction industry. Serve as a point of contact for the mall tenants to ensure professional tenant-landlord relationship.
• Actively undertake and support marketing and business development by writing proposals / submissions, nurturing and maintaining external relationships and generally promoting the Pure Projects brand both internally to other Pure businesses and externally.
• Undertake approved continuing professional development;
• Carry out additional administrativeduties as required/ instructed;
• Comply with the procedures and policies laid down by Pure Projects from time to time;
• Answer all incoming calls in atimely manner for Pure Projects;
• Check every day for voice messages left overnight and distribute messages;
• Meet and greet Clients and Consultants who visit the office;
• Assist with business development duties, including assisting with tender submissions, preparation of staff CV's and project information flyers;
• Assist with Vietnam related company website updates on a regular basis;
• Assist Pure Projects Directors'duties if above duties are not conflicted;
• Follow up team members regarding the filing of their project documents, updates of our cloud based delivery system& general tidiness of the office;
