MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome guests and prepare and serve tea; explain products and recommend purchases.
• Develop sales of tea, coffee, chocolate, gift sets and other selected Vietnamese products.
• Manage stock, inventory records, product displays, expiry dates and replenishment.
• Manage social media, create photo/video content, and promote products and special offers.
• Organize tea tastings, workshops and events to attract customers.
• Supervise one service staff member and oversee daily operations, cleanliness and service standards.
• Use the POS system to process sales and payments, issue receipts and review daily sales reports.
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese woman with experience in retail, hospitality, café operations or customer service.
• Must know how to use a POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Good spoken English to serve international guests; Vietnamese fluency required.
• Comfortable using social media; organised, proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Interest in tea, coffee, chocolate and Vietnamese products.

Thưởng
3 to 5 % sales commission, to be discussed during the interview.
Nghỉ phép có lương
15 days of annual leave per year, plus public holidays in accordance with Vietnamese labour regulations.
Đào tạo
Training on Epicurean Sao's products, tea collections and company procedures will be provided.
