Support teachers in setting up, organizing, and delivering POLY's academic program and in-class activities.
Assist teachers with implementing classroom rules, assessing students, and checking homework.
Assist teachers in checking teaching systems, platforms, and devices (such as Smart TVs and Tablets) are turned on, functioning correctly, and can be used to deliver POLY lessons and assessments.
Collaborate with teachers to keep track of student's grades, attendance, record of work, and participation in class, as well as monitor their attitudes and behaviors in order to provide feedback as well as support as needed. Proactively report any issues or areas of concern to related stakeholders and departments (e.g. teachers in charge, TA manager,
Academic Manager).
Provide one-on-one tutoring support to students who require additional academic assistance.
Support center activities (Demo, Happy POLY Day, PLAT, etc,.).
Attend professional development trainings and meetings
Other tasks as required.
University students (Preferably English major).
Passion and interest in teaching children and young learners.
Good communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese).
Fluent in English (expected CEFR level of C1 or higher), in both oral and written forms.
Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, and highly organized.
