Team Leader Department of Home Affairs

The Department of Home Affairs within the Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a talented and energetic individual to fulfil the position of Team Leader (LE4).
The Hanoi Immigration and Visa Section is a dynamic and challenging environment with a high volume - caseload. The successful applicant will be expected to work to established policies and procedures to provide leadership, supervision, and support to Visa Processing Officers.
Applicants should have experience in leading teams and making evidence-based decisions and must be proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese languages is essential to the position.
The successful applicant will be offered an initial contract for a 12-month period with an option to renew the contract for another 12 months. The Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND '34,562,174' to VND '38,900,031', depending on skills and experience.
