Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Set up monitoring systems to ensure uptime and performance.
Strong proficiency in NodeJS, NestJS, ReactJS, and React Native.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, CICD pipelines, and system monitoring tools.
Experience in the Fintech sector, particularly in investment platforms or related areas.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams (2-3+ years).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to design and build large-scale, complex systems.
