Mô tả công việc

Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Drive technical discussions, decision-making, and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures tailored for large-scale investment platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain applications using NodeJS, NestJS, ReactJS, and React Native.
Ensure seamless integration with AWS infrastructure and implement CICD pipelines.
Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
Work closely with product managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
Manage team workload, track progress, and address any roadblocks.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Set up monitoring systems to ensure uptime and performance.

Yêu cầu

Strong proficiency in NodeJS, NestJS, ReactJS, and React Native.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, CICD pipelines, and system monitoring tools.
Experience in the Fintech sector, particularly in investment platforms or related areas.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams (2-3+ years).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to design and build large-scale, complex systems.
Familiarity with best practices in system security, scalability, and maintainability.
