Who we are looking for:
Expert in at least one full stack .NET/.NET Core/LAMP
Advanced skills in cloud platforms Azure or GCP or AWS
Advanced skills in modern architectures/models such as Clean Architecture, Microservices, DDD, Serverless, etc.
Intermediate skills in Database and Query Performance Tuning
Good experience in CI/CD and Software Testing
Good at Software Designs SOLID, DRY, Design Patterns, etc.
Good experience in Performance Optimization, Software Security and other Non-functional requirements
Good at training/mentoring
Good at problem-solving
Continuous learning attitude and Growth mindset
Ability to handle stressful situations
Fluency in English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Knowledge of Flask/Django (Python), Pytest
● Knowledge of Container/Docker/Kubernetes
● Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps
● Knowledge of frontend frameworks [protected info], [protected info]
● Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
● Experience working with AI / MLOps
● Experience in Kaizen methodology
