Responsibilities:
In charge of Dealer Operation improvement (For aftersales areas)
• Conduct customer training programs related to CCE/CFT activities.
• Support the development and management of technical documents.
• Assist in preparing technical documents for new vehicle models.
• Handle and manage special service tools as assigned.
• Coordinate with vocational colleges to support CS projects and improve dealer HR development.
• Cooperate with related departments to implement TS circle activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in University, major in Automotive/ Mechanical or related fields.
• Having at least 5 years working experience in Automotive/Mechanical field.
• Good at English & MS Office (TOEIC 600 or above)
• Good communication and problem solving
