Technical Consultant

* Conduct Gap Assessment
- Perform Gap Assessment and Consultancy service against EDGE Green Building Certification
- Identify gaps and areas of non-compliance with certification requirements.
- Provide detailed reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations for achieving certification.
* Technical Analysis and Consultation
- Analyze building systems, materials, and operations to determine their environmental impact and sustainability.
- Recommend sustainable building practices and energy-efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to integrate green building principles.
* Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assessment reports.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Certification Support
- Assist clients in the application process for green building certifications.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and evidence for certification.
- Liaise with certification bodies and address any queries or additional requirements.
* Education and Training
- Provide training and workshops for clients and internal teams on green building practices and certification processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, certification updates, and best practices in sustainable building.
* Auditing
- Perform Audit for Real Estate Solutions including EDGE, Green House Gas, Energy Audit not limiting to reading, extracting, evaluating and calculating data from electrical drawings, structural drawings, construction drawings and other related documentations
- Perform onsite as well as inspection/audit for project within Vietnam and Asia Region (except Chinese speaking countries) including post-service reporting
- Conduct Remote audit training to SGS Affiliates in prior to performance of work.
- Conduct thorough audits of building operations, maintenance practices, and energy use to ensure ongoing compliance with green building certification standards.
- Develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
- Identify and document areas of improvement and non-compliance, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Actively communicate with clients to explain on audit result or provide recommendation to Certifier to issue the Certification
- Provide the explanation of technical issue to client if required
- Track and report on audit findings, ensuring follow-up and resolution of identified issues.
- Other tasks requested by Audit and Consulting Supervisor and SBU Manager
