SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Management Level

LOCATION: Binh Chanh Factory, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam





ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Overall lead the Technical & Engineering function to provide effective services in term of facilities, electronic, engineering and spare part for VINA-BAT Joint Venture factory in Vietnam as well as drive & implement EHS policy and security for whole JV company.

Reports to: Head of Production

Geographic Scope: Local



WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Lead, plan, manage the technical & engineering activities of the company

• Drive implementation of major technical & engineering projects across the company within target time and budget.

• Ensure smooth services and utilities to manufacturing operation with least interruptions

• Maintain all ancillary in various factories operate at maximum efficiency.

• Monitor & drive EHS policy for whole company and ensure that there is in line with BAT policy & local authority

• Monitor & drive Security policy for whole company and ensure that there is in line with BAT policy & local authority

• Resource's deployment plan of technical support staff at various factories.

• Propose department budget in Co-plan & execution effectively.

• Manage and control R&R spares inventory the factory.

• Monitor & performance to equipment to ensure that they are in optimal working condition & with lowest of operation cost

• Influent contract manufacturers to adopt and implement BAT common platform and best practice systems in factories in term EHS and PI&T.

• Develop capability of Technical, Engineering, EHS team through effective career development plan & execution.

• Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates.

• Seek opportunity to learn new machinery technology and quality system. Transfer skills and knowledge to the subordinates.
