The company's flagship product is a web-based application designed to manage large-scale media libraries (photos, videos, audio files, documents...). As a direct result of 15+ years of independent R&D, Cortex is the most flexible DAM on the market. The solution has been chosen by clients to manage their large digital assets libraries.

MISSION
Manages assigned projects to ensure adherence to the schedule and scope of the project.
Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, risks, and staffing.
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
Overseeing quality control throughout the project's lifecycle, coordinating the efforts of various teams, and ensuring all are actively working towards established milestones.
