Our company is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of projects related to different business domains. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from start to finish - using both waterfall & agile techniques depending on project characteristics
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and issues early and mitigating them
Communicate project status, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Manage project scope changes and ensure that any changes are documented, communicated, and approved
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and quality
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ensure seamless collaboration across different time zones and cultural backgrounds to maintain project alignment
Act as the primary liaison between the development teams and Australian clients, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements and project expectations
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices in project execution
