* Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages, including schedules, specifications, and material selections, adhering to industry standards and building codes.
• Review shop drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Managing and coordinating input information and checking project output information in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client consultations as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience working as a Technical Interior Designer or similar role in the Hospitality industry (Restaurant,Hotel, ...)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software for producing technical drawings and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with project management software for scheduling and tracking project progress.

Established in 2016, DesignLab Architects & Designers was the brainchild of three partners who were passionate about hospitality, design and travelling - with a common goal to conceptualize and deliver projects with a strong sensitivity to place, culture and people. Backed by years of hospitality design experience the leadership established a dynamic and creative Studio environment that allows them to enjoy every aspect of the project from the first site visits discovering the site to the finished product.
As a studio, we do not have a predetermined design style, rather we approach each project as unique where the site, local culture, and vision from the client and operator all inform a holistic design approach. Turning a design into reality is a team effort where we work closely with other design and technical consultants, the operator and the client.
Our constant exploration and enjoyment of the world, its diverse cultures, and landscapes have allowed us to work on a wide range of exciting projects in incredible location. Our passion for travel, hospitality and design have inspired DesignLab's story.
