Technical Leadership
Evaluate and design scalable and cost-efficient system architectures that support business growth.
Apply technical expertise in frameworks, middleware, and infrastructure planning.
Lead development across frontend, backend, DevOps, and testing with a deep understanding of the entire technology stack.
Utilize knowledge in:
Object-oriented design
Distributed transactions and high concurrency systems
Messaging systems and service registries
Security and RBAC (role-based access control)
Database design and performance tuning (including JVM optimization)
Automated testing and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Foster a culture of continuous learning, keeping the team informed of emerging technologies and best practices.

Implement and optimize digital workflows to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor and manage cost-efficiency, including human and cloud resource allocation.
Act as a clear and effective liaison between technical and business teams.
