The Job
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using C#, PHP, Java, Python , Frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue), Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Leverage your cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Architect) to architect and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Explore and implement AI/ML techniques to enhance software solutions and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to help them grow professionally.
Your Skills and Experience
- Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader. - Proficiency in at least 2 of the following : C#, PHP, Java and Python.
- Experience with Frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Experience managing projects and delivering results on time.
- Experience working with Japanese customers.
- Good in English for daily communication with clients.
- Japanese: - N3 is a plus
