Join DISION Tech LLC as a Technical Team Lead and steer our talented frontend and backend development teams towards delivering innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor frontend and backend development teams.
- Provide technical guidance and project direction while not necessarily diving deep into code.
- Ensure team alignment with the technical goals and milestones of projects.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members and conduct regular KPI reviews.
- Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration across functions to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Evaluate project progress and adjust processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management practices, particularly Agile and Scrum.
