OBE Vietnam is now hiring for our new location in Tam Ky, Quang Nam province
We're starting an exciting journey and searching for a forward-thinking Technical Leader Production to join our technical team at OBE Vietnam. As one of the first team members in this new venture, the Technical Leader Production will play a crucial role in supporting the production processes and contributing to the growth of the technical division. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership potential, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in our projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in managing production departments, logistics, and planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to product development and manufacturing processes, assisting in problem-solving efforts.
- Support supervision of production lines, ensuring they meet targets and objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production functions and operations.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional development within the production team, striving for excellence in performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Vietnamese candidates with English skills; Mandarin skills are advantageous.
- Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, leading tasks preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
