Mô tả công việc
* Technical management - maintenance & upkeep:
- Manage technical systems of machinery, equipment and other assets at offices, warehouses, projects and customers to operate stably and well.
- Prepare operation and maintenance plans on schedule as well as comply with the manufacturer's or consultant's recommendations. Ensure that work related to the maintenance and upkeep of technical systems is carried out properly, reasonably, scientifically, cost-effectively.
- Organize regular system inspections of offices, stores, projects, and customers to ensure systems operate effectively and are maintained and repaired according to standards and deadlines.
- Proactively resolve incidents related to technical issues within the scope of assigned tasks - - Record all arising issues related to technical systems and promptly inform relevant parties.
* Document and asset management:
- Manage documents related to technical systems of offices, stores, projects, company facilities: documents, drawings, machinery records device.
- Store materials and manage assets related to technical systems.
- Plan annual costs for issues related to technical operations of offices, stores, projects or company facilities such as costs for supplies and tools for replacement and repair, costs for maintenance services from contractors and renovation and upgrading costs...
* Human resource management and training:
- Manage a team of Technical staff including assigning work, monitoring and evaluating work results.
- Evaluate employee capacity and make training plans based on actual capacity to improve skills and work efficiency.
- Make the department's monthly/weekly/daily work plan and deploy it
- Set up and manage records of all company machinery and equipment
- Research and propose solutions for troubleshooting and maintenance to increase the operating life of machinery systems
- Directly participate in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of machinery when needed

- Appraisal is performed at 2 months, from commencement of position, and then annually; or when there is a change of position or any time there is a need to review performance
- Plan and divide work among team members
- Monitor and evaluate work efficiency
- Approve overtime applications and business expenses

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from college/college/university as an engineer specializing in industrial electrical engineering, electromechanics, refrigeration...
- Working knowledge of the Food Service industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist, chef)
- Experience as a maintenance technical team leader in the Food Service field
- Ability to professionally connect with domestic and foreign suppliers to handle situations and problems related to machinery and equipment
- Ability to plan effectively and work autonomously
- Strong, dynamic personality and high integrity
- Ability to organize, arrange, and divide work among team members effectively, scientifically, and cost-effectively
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position
- Organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility
- Ability to follow the process
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of the Food Service industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist, chef)
